Target Audience and Communication
Our courses are designed for people of all ages from 5 years old without any age limit. This reflects the diversity and richness of our educational offerings. In our communication, we maintain a formal and friendly tone to ensure that every interaction is respectful and clear, avoiding misunderstandings.
Important Aspects of Our Terms and Conditions
It is essential for us that our students are well informed about our policies. Key aspects include the payment process: we request that payments be made upon receipt of the invoice and before the course begins. Additionally, we emphasize our flexibility: at Lima Language School, a group course can be organized with just one person, with hours adjusted but learning goals always achieved.
Since 2023, all our courses have been conducted online. Because we are based in Munich, Bavaria, we take into account the holidays of Bavaria when planning our courses.

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Service descriptions in catalogs and on the seller’s websites do not have the character of a guarantee or warranty. All offers are valid “while stocks last,” unless otherwise noted for the products. Errors are excepted.
4.1Â Course Offers:Â We offer a variety of courses, including intensive, semi-intensive, weekly, and Saturday courses. Our course formats include group courses, individual lessons, and tutorials. Each format is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of our students.
4.2Â Registration Procedure:Â Registration for our courses is done online. Interested parties must fill out a registration form with their personal details and select the desired course. Despite fixed course dates, registration does not guarantee the start of all courses, as this depends on the number of registrations. Participants should wait for confirmation via email and the invoice before making the payment. Lima Language School reserves the right to open or cancel courses. In case of cancellation or change, the school will inform participants via email.
4.3Â Course Details and Group Organization:Â Courses vary in duration and number of hours, which is also reflected in the price. For some languages and levels, we offer free access to our Moodle platform. It is also possible to set up WhatsApp groups for direct coordination with teachers and the school. The school can organize a group course with fewer than the minimum number of participants. In this case, the number of course hours will be reduced accordingly, leading to a faster and more effective learning process. The price and content of the course remain unchanged.
4.4Â Levels and Certifications:Â Our courses follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, from level A1 to C2, with each level divided into two parts (e.g., A1.1 and A1.2).
4.5Â Course Adjustments:Â For private courses and tutorials, we offer customized learning options. It is also possible to organize new group courses upon request.
4.6Â Course Updates:Â As an innovative school, we are always looking for the best teaching methods, while maintaining the structure of language levels.
4.7 Special Offers and Discounts: Starting in February, we offer a €5 discount for sharing positive experiences on social media with a link to us. This discount is one-time and applies to the second course. A recommendation brings a €10 discount for the next course, valid only once after the recommended person has registered. We also offer occasional discounts or raffles for free places or up to 50% reduced course fees, advertised on our social networks. Sibling discount: If siblings attend the same course, the second sibling receives a 5% discount – both must be at the same level.
4.8Â Private Courses in General
4.8.1 The purchased hours must be completed within a maximum of 6 months from the invoice date.
4.8.2 The price for private courses is based on the number of purchased lesson hours and applies per person.
4.8.3 After registration, the customer will be contacted to find the right teacher for their needs and goals. The course will be billed for the corresponding payment and the private course will begin. Lima Language School will provide all contact details of the teacher, who will contact the client as soon as possible.
4.8.4 Payment for the private course is made directly to the seller, never to the teacher.
4.8.5 The minimum time for an appointment/lesson with the teacher is 45 minutes.
4.8.6 If the customer wishes to cancel an already coordinated appointment, they must inform the teacher by email and/or phone directly to the seller at least 1 working day in advance during office hours. Otherwise, full payment for the planned hours will be due.
4.8.7 If the customer arrives late or does not show up for the agreed appointment with the teacher, there is no possibility to recover the planned hours. The teacher’s waiting time is 15 minutes unless the customer contacts the teacher in time, but the delayed minutes count as private course time.
4.8.8 If the customer cannot continue the course for personal reasons, it is possible to transfer the remaining hours to another person. They only need to fill out a transfer form with the reason and the name of the new participant and the remaining number of hours. The course validity period remains from the invoice date.
Group Courses in General
4.9.1 The seller reserves the right to offer and/or create new schedules for groups of 2 to 4 people (minimum number of participants). Although we try to adhere to the order of the offered course, these will only be organized after acceptance by our students.
4.9.2 If one or all participants miss or cancel the class, there is no possibility to make up for lost lesson hours.
4.9.3 The price set for participation in group courses is per person and is detailed in the description of each course offer. The duration of group courses, as indicated in the description of each course, may vary depending on the number of registered participants.
Courses for Companies in General
We have created course packages for companies with a more favorable price for private courses, aimed at a good investment by the company, considering the quality of our teachers. Therefore, the company must respect the organization of these courses, defined in the following points:
4.10.1 The intensive course always takes place from Monday to Friday. The company can choose the schedule between shifts: mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, afternoons from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, or evenings from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It is possible to choose another schedule if fewer than 5 participants are present and the number of weekly hours is reduced. On holidays within the week, it is possible to choose the date and time for the recovery of hours after coordination between participants and the teacher.
4.10.2 For the evening course for companies, one or two days of the week are selected: Monday to Friday and always at the same time: in a range between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. For example: Every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM or Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Each appointment lasts 90 minutes, week by week. In case of a holiday, the course is postponed by one week.
