Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 24 hours without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 24 hours from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Lima Sprachschule, Frank Mielsch, Am Brunnen 11, 85551 Kirchheim bei München, info@lima-sprachschule.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

Special Conditions for Language Courses:

1. Cancellation within 24 hours: Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract. In this case, the full amount will be refunded.
2. Cancellations only on business days: Cancellations can only be made from Monday to Friday. No cancellations are allowed on weekends or public holidays.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract within the cancellation period, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
