German crash course with 4 people maximum!

Our school is very organized and structured so that we can achieve the student’s goal. And it is very important for us to work in a positive and family environment and to create this union of trust and positivism. When we think of the safety of our students and teachers, we have created this new option with a limit of 4 people in one classroom. Not only to have a much faster and more direct learning, but also to maintain the security standards after the epidemic that lives all over the planet.

We present this new 45-hour German course as an option. The course follows the content that corresponds to that of an 80-hour course. The big difference is that we have adapted this course for a maximum group of 4.

Is it possible to finish a level in 4 weeks with only 45 lessons?

Right! From the start Lima language school gives all students the opportunity to start the desired course, even if we don’t have the minimum number of students for the level. We have the experience to develop a level in 45 academic hours with a maximum of 4 students.

The content of the 4 by 4 intensive German course (from 4 people)

In this course the student will develop in 4 weeks the necessary chapters to reach the level.
In the classroom, the student will work with the teacher on each grammar topic, in addition to some practical exercises necessary to explain the grammar.

Homework: At home the student will receive homework from the book exercises.

Extra material: The student will complement the progress with the online exercises that the student will find on our Moodle E-learning platform. In addition, the presentations of examples and grammar topics that the teacher used during the class will be available.

What is the 45-hour German crash course 4×4?

You are working with the book that corresponds to the course and level you will be doing. (the school doesn’t sell the books)
You will receive a 3-format note sheet with which you can comment on the basic grammar points, and you can keep a broad overview of these points as you develop the exercises.
You will have an account in our virtual e-learning platform: Moodle, where you can find the slides with the grammatical explanation of the teacher, online exercises and also the online test of each chapter to check whether you have understood the chapter before starting the next chapter.
We create a social media group between the students, the teacher and the Lima team; where the student can freely express their doubts or send the material requested by the teacher.
If you are unable to attend the course due to work or health problems, you can always attend the course online from your tablet or laptop or cell phone. We offer this option so that the student does not lose the advanced grammar in the course.
Spotify: We started with PODCAST, where we can find practical exercises that help us improve pronunciation while memorizing the sequences.

Do you need to buy a book?

Yes! We are a school with an innovative methodology, and we have support material to not only work with books, but the book plays a very important role in learning the language. As well as sportswear if we want to play sports. We work with books that respect the rules of the Common European Framework of Reference, as well as online material for free use by our students. Photocopies are prohibited for us as we 100% respect copyright. We do not sell the books, so only the cost of the course is included in the price.

Is it important to have 4 students to start the course?

This German course was designed for a maximum of 4 students, but it is possible to start it with a single person. The duration of a course always depends on the number of people enrolled on the course. And we have been offering this to all of our students since we opened the school. We always put ourselves in the position of the student, so if the student is registered on time, we will organize the course with one person in the event that we do not receive another registration. Our motto is: “If the student is motivated, we don’t have to demotivate him by canceling the course.”

The defined goal of the Lima language school is to support our students in achieving their goals. Few students participate in a private course, so the price of the course should be higher, but within our organizational parameters, we managed to keep a group price solution. Number of lessons: Group courses are set up with a specific number of lessons in order to achieve the goals in the group and to give each student the opportunity to practice. With fewer participants, lessons are reduced because the course is more direct, faster and more effective

Is this course only for learning?

We think it is necessary to learn everything in parallel. For this reason, the material we chose to learn the German language has both one-day exercises and communication in the office; in addition to providing the necessary information about life in Germany from his home customs to learn how to make the first movements to live within the German government. In our German course, you will not only learn the theory of each chapter, but also the explanatory development of words and verbs to maintain direct contact with people who speak German. You also have the option to practice exams that you need with training to earn a certification exam at authorized centers. It is also necessary to know the meaning of these verbs, prepositions, grammatical conjugations that are usually found at the end of the books, and almost no one reads them. It is important for us at the Lima language school to include examples of each of these topics in our presentations that explain the grammar of the German language.

Can I learn German if I live with a German?

If you live with a German, you will be able to practice the grammatical knowledge you learned in class. Germans who have not studied German or have not specialized in the German language to teach them have learned German natively, which means that the grammatical terms are not 100 percent known. You will learn High German with us, of course there can be a dialect or other unique words in each city in each city. We recommend that when you start B1 you feel confident that you can choose “only in German” and even more so that you have a German person who can teach you new synonyms and expand your vocabulary.
